We consult along the way, taking on board your preferences, feedback and revisions and we will provide you with guidance, advice and recommendations, based on our building expertise as well as location, property and design factors throughout the construction of your house. When you build with Roberts Builders you get the flexibility and complete freedom to choose the most suitable fixtures and fittings for you, and then revise your choices as your build progresses. In our experience, it can often be hard for homebuilders to choose their favourite colours, styles and preferred fixtures and fittings until they can physically stand in their house with samples. Until you are standing in your house, it can be hard to know which tiles, carpets, colours and styles you actually want so we offer the opportunity for you to adapt your design and styling choices of your home build as you go.
